Received a £30 order everything was freezing cold phoned the shop to be told it can't be cold it's transported in a warm bag i was refused a refund absolutely disgraceful customer service

Poor food, was a big bone through my chicken pizza, absolutely awful but what makes it worse is they wouldn’t refund me laughable!
