I was in the Bishop Auckland store today I got one ladies name Maisie but there was another lady who helped look for a product for myself they went above and beyond to make sure I left with my product couldn't if asked for better customer service. Well done ladies

Visited today for some perfume was greeted and served by Megan well that's the name that was on the till receipt so I hope it was her as she deserves the praise she was very professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble she was very knowledgeable I wanted the Fame perfume but she also told me of other perfumes... read full comment

Very tidy shop.Reasonable prices and good quality own brand toiletries and cosmetics.The young lady on the fragrance counter tried her best but didn't have much perfume training or expertise.I came away with 2 paper tester stips with general names written on them so I couldn't remember the fragrance..e.g just Calvin Klein... read full comment
