Poor service lack of communication going back and forth to bank won't explain anything

Sick to death of going into the branch during my lunchtime (only have 30 mins) to find only one cashier on the counter .I went in today to find a queue of 6 people only 1 cashier, another 3 came and joined the queue behind me.
