The new manager, red hair? is awful.The way she spoke to the volunteers and in earshot of customers really shocked me. I'll stick with the 2 in Consett and Blackhill from on.Please give her a course on how to respect people.

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful and can,t understand them getting any negative reviews !

Called in today for the first time, found a lovely coat but discovered the zip didn't work, I asked if I could buy at a reduced rate and was told No and that I couldn't buy it either. I wss prepared to have it fixed... Do you want contributions or not? Can't say the staff were too friendly either, what happened to customer...
