Never seen such a dirty shop. Floor has never been washed and same rubbish all over the floor week after week. Shelves are always half empty. Always looks like it's closing down.

I visited boots billingham with a prescription for my baby and thay didn't have the medication We can order it it will be in tomorrow she said We have now waited 4 day for that medication to arrive for my 7 month little boy wat an absolute disgrace will not be giving them my time or money in the future
