Tried to use Octopus voucher to purchase Greggs coffee and sausage roll. Presented code and told that I needed to pay by bank cash or card. Decided to leave and drove on to Greggs at St Leonard's where the staff knew what they were doing and the vouchers were accepted. Conclusion. Use other Greggs branches.

The first staff member told me I could absolutely not be helped or purchase Rizzla from the shop as I had my dog with me. I said I didn’t want to go into the shop and that I could be served through the night pay window( this was 18:45) but he confirmed I could absolutely not could buy Rizzla from the night pay window.... read full comment
