Anca went above and beyond to help me and even went into my gp surgery to put through an urgent prescription request as I wasn’t getting any help from the surgery receptionist! I am very grateful so thank you very much Anca.

Was the 2nd person in, waited 40 minutes, ridiculous, if I could give it 0 stars I would, staff didnt seem to care about people waiting for so long, I was waiting for 3 items all of them single so it should not have taken so long

Very poor customer service.. put my prescription online as you have too .. told to pick up after 2 working days.. went to pick up my prescription bearing in mind I’m Diabetic.. told it’s not ready come back tomorrow..! I’m totally out of my medication.. said I cannot wait.. I’m diabetic I need my medication.. today... read full comment
