Less than 24 hours when I returned some boots to be told they don't offer refunds and pointed at a small sign hidden behind on their desk.When I explained i wasn't told this and perhaps next time it needs to be explained the owner spoke over me and took no responsibility infact blamed me saying "surly when you buy boots... read full comment

When purchasing items, the staff were very helpful. But when it came to returning a faulty item, it was 2 trips over to Wimborne (which was an hour trip each time and I’m a busy working mum) and then I received a refund and no apology! In future, I will unfortunately be shopping online as I expected better customer service... read full comment
