As Abbey National they were voted the worst bank in the UK for 10 years on the trot, Banco Santander were at the same time voted the worst bank in Spain for 20 years, so I wouldn't expect too much from them

I would leave no stars but that isn't possible. I visited this branch to try and reactivate my account only to be turned away the first time.
