I had an appointment with the pharmacist at 9am and they didn't event turn up to work today. No prior warning or notification to me before my appointment, and no other pharmacist on hand to help.

Staff are always friendly and helpful.. However I went in today and there must have been 12 - 15 people crammed in to a tiny shop, some coughing their heads off. Of 3 customers in front of me, 2 needed lengthy advice...When a lady came in saying she had Covid & a very big chap tried to enter bunching up an already overcrowded...
