Been with Weymouth branch since 1992 and they have always been helpful and to this day they provide a great service for anything that I needed to know!

Top quality lady who changed my savings and ISA books, to card accounts in November and December respectively. I had to wait as staff were busy dealing with customers. I was happy to wait as it is a lengthy process to change the books over. Overall the staff are highly professional and caring.

A customer left his bank card in our shop. Nathan from the local branch was very helpful and helped this person to reunite with his card. I want to say thank you to Nathan for his help and time
