Weekend staff are definitely not as good as the week day staff, especially if you have big and bulky stuff with 5 members standing around chatting. not one opened bothered to help and open the door.... I would rather drive from Wareham to Toolstation in Poole if this is the customer service you get from Screwfix on a Weekend.
