Terrible service booked my car in for a service. When we went to collect they said they had only changed the oil not the oil filter as they could not undo it. Why bother putting fresh oil in. Then they had run out of time to do anything else. Took in round the corner to another garage who had no problems.

Don't bother booking on line. I was still getting a reminder for my MOT booking this morning but when I arrived they said they hadn't got a space... apparently left me a message. Checked phone, no message. Why not inform the booking service? Why bother with a booking service which does not work?

After being told by someone at work that my gasket had blown, I took my car to this garage feeling quite stressed and thinking I was about to spend £600-£700 in repairs.
