We had some furniture made, which turned out ok in the end, but no thanks to the owner who is so bull headed and won't or can't understand simple instructions but is sure that she knows best. The problems were finally sorted out by her husband, who is a lot more sensible but not actually connected to the business.

Part of me wants to give five stars and part of me wants to give only one star, so I have gone for the middle ground. The shop is full of some lovely items, and we usually buy something when we visit Swanage, but it's the attitude of the staff that ruin it. If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. Horrendous customer service by the apparent owner, she odviously does not value or want customers and I have have absolutely no idea how this woman has been able to keep her business going as long as she has, she certainly doesn't deserve anyone's money.
