Refused to take return parcels as the post had already left. Needs to be more clear online I'd they can't hold items overnight. People work and are unable to go early morning. I went the next morning and was told we can do it this time only and that was first thing. Customer service is a joke, so rude!

They don’t even deserve one star!!! Worst experience and was treated badly in Stalbridge post office today. I went there to drop two parcels which I already paid postage and the Indian lady in the shop said they don’t take pre paid parcels and I can collect from home.
