Half of the staff are very lovely and friendly. Usually busy in there so they do their best. The other half are just rude out of nowhere and not helpful. Don’t like being asked the simplest of questions, it’s like you’ve deigned to ask them something.

Very hard working staff, who always give 100% despite being understaffed and having no permanent pharmacist for several years.I believe this chemist also serves the majority of the population of Portland (something many people may be unaware of), some 13,000 people, which is no small feat given the chronic underfunding... read full comment
