The receptionist is extremely rude. Was greeted with, “have you got an appointment”, not good afternoon or how can I help you. When I said no she said well we can’t fit you in then. Absolutely delighted with the entire process from start to finish. Staff are so attentive and professional that it feels like a tailored and personal service. Well worth a visit - huge selection of frames.
