They re-opened my account after 10 years! Claimed I owed them money, kept failing to reply to my emails or ignoring the fact that I had a credit in my account when I closed it.Avoid like the plague. This company is simply not good and is the most disorganised and unreliable mail service I have come across.I've paid for nearly one year of business use of a company address, yet they never stop locking the mail.
