Terrible experience booking with Travel Planners! Avoid!!!

In summer 2019, as a family of 22, we booked a once in a lifetime US Disney Land holiday for 2020, to the value of £32k.This was cancelled through Covid, after the £32k was fully paid.Travel Planners refused to refund any of the money and held it for when the restrictions were lifted.
