Manager Lauren was rude and so grumpy whilst being served. Shouted at her employees right in front of the customers- wouldn’t want to work there if I was them. Proceeded to shout my order at me 3 times! I know what my order is! She’s needs to cheer up otherwise customers and staff will be gone! P.s. didn’t realise...

Manager on her private mobile while on the till, very rude and arrogant, snappy and just general not a polite manner. Forgetting fillings in the sandwhich and huffing when I asked for a napkin for the water I was cleaning up myself I would not go back to this store.
