Service is horrific, 90% of the people that work in the office are very nasty. Theres been times where ive had emails to go pay customs charges but received no card. They did not knock the door and delayed my engagement ring which came as special delivery, it is so hopeless situation what is the point of leaving a note and not care to knock? What is the whole point of special delivery when it would be taken back from your doorstep like a scam and you are sitting feet away from main... read full comment

Tried to call on the number from the website,after half an hour waiting ended up at a call centre. Was advised that delivery office does not take calls. Also advised that the opening hours are 8 till 10am only, so the website is totally misleading. I started to discuss my problem and the person taking the call hung up.... read full comment
