wasn't aware staff shouting about your condition and business is a standard in a pharmacy.. went there earlier to speak to the pharmacist and said I spoke to someone earlier about "my condition" and suddenly the whole back was a soundscape as they tried to work out who was on the phone with me after shouting about it all...
