Was offered a room where the cleaners didn't change the bedding, went to go on the bed to see so much hair all over on duvet and mattress. But, the reception staff came and changed all the bedding. Usual premeir inn provision, bar adjacent, took advantage of meal dral, decent quality and service, bar closes at 10, good access to lighthouse theatre, in safe walking

Unpleasant, awful, and dirty.The staff were really helpful and polite at reception, but that’s where the positives ended. The rooms were grubby and dirty, and I could hear every single step the people on the floor above me took, and people walking up and down that stairs.
