They seem to have lost their way! Do they still know who the customer is? Tried to get new samsumg s23 plus. Existing customer for 30+ yrs Have id and password. Not enough. Can i go to the bank and get 3 months bank statements. No! Thank goodness ee is next door and they were happy to help!
