How can a company get it so wrong Euro Car Parts had a brilliant system. Probably the best at what they do, that was before the takeover. The Wetherspoons of motor factors.
Great products, great prices, however there is usually only one customer facing staff member who wastes so much time walking backwards and forwards to the warehouse.
Inefficient process with long queues and wait times.
