Absolutely appalling store. Mis-sold the complete care package for the sofa to be cleaned, our sofa had dye transfer within a week and after trying to get hold of someone to look at it for cleaning under the cover we paid for, it took 3 months to actually have someone come to look at it to be told we can't do that for you,...

Looked up on line and wanted to actually see if sofa was comfortable and touch the fabric. Ordered the sofas and assistant was really helpful and answered all our questions.
