Array of food displayed is generally very good, however certain products such as the Lemon Drizzle Cake and Gingerbread Cake had collapsed in the display case. Visited a few weeks ago and won't be going back! The girl that served me couldn't be bothered, had terrible customer service and served me a frappe with half the ingredients missing. Such a shame because most costas I've been too are pleasant with kind staff.

Unfortunately the staff seem generally pre occupied with their own social life and gossip. The coffee at all costas is not good and very expensive. The food is mass produced and poor quality. Annoyingly Costa seems to have the nhs contracts sewn up so it’s in every hospital offering the same level of mediocre service... read full comment
