Queue of about 10 people waiting for their drinks/food when I arrived. 3 members of staff. Store is dirty - every table has a dirty tray on it yet staff are just chatting behind counter now that it has quietened down. Appreciate they might have had a long, busy day but this isn't a nice environment.

There was a huge queue the lady on the till was nice but that was the best part. Got two iced drinks and one of them was the wrong flavour, also took ages to make our drinks as the only other available worker was ruining around doing other things so everyone was getting their drinks ahead of ours.
