Given wrong pills and when I rang to inform them of the error I got the engaged tone for three days. This is in spite of the fact that at one point I rang every few minutes for hours. I did try email with no response.

I’m in the process of trying to relocate to Dorset and the pharmacy have been brilliant at standing in at supplying my usual medication when I’m unable to get to the pharmacy at my old address. Polite and helpful staff and quick service also.
