Dropped in to buy a few items. Staff turned up music to a ridiculous level on entry, as we got to the counter, staff were showing each other things on their phones ignoring us entirely, when I informed them we were looking to buy things, the response was a passive aggressive “please?” Awful customer service, get better... read full comment

After filling up my car to realise I left my wallet at previous shop I said I b bk to pay in 10mins can I please fill in form. They told me that's fine but payment will have to be made online. I do the payment straight away and get £30 charge for administration fees ? disgusting
