Would go lower, very poor customer service and never answer their phone.

Appalling service by the pharmacy they had received my presciption at 12.30 and by 15.30 it still was not ready for collection and not even any customers in the store collecting anything, made to wait a further 15 minutes until 15.45 to eventually get my presciption

Stupidly different hours of pharmacy and shop. Not even online any info!!! So here you go people. So you are not in the same situation as me few times a year.
