Bad customer service and not very sympathetic staff (Elaine). I should have read other reviews before entering the shop. Disappointed.

I tried to phone Argos Talbot Heath and the call repeatedly cut off as I was explaining the faulty goods, I tried phoning again and not able to contact. A very poor service by telephone.

Outrageously bad service and exceptionally rude manager, Adam Page, we were refused a refund for a faulty TV and he virtually accused us of damaging it ourselves.
