This is our local so we may be biased, but it has had its ups and downs over the 20 years we've lived in the village. This incarnation is the absolute best so far. Lovely atmosphere, great pub food, and really great landlord and chef. Well done guys.

Stopped here late on the day on our bikes, were at Al loss for a place to stay , the staff and locals couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, so much so that we stopped for a drink and made the situation worse ?.
