Reception staff helpful. Room was clean.Breakfast a let down nothing like advertised,asked for a poached egg so small could of been a duck egg also mushrooms where from a tin not fresh.Sausages warm & a member of staff rude to the guest when asking for something,she said its Mother's day extra busy... Very convenient location... staff were friendly, professional and courteous... Beefeater food and welcome was great...Unfortunately the room had black mould hidden behind the beds and curtains making the stay very uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness did not meet the usual Premier Inn standard....
