Excellent help from Jane at Dorchester Dorset store, nothing was too much trouble even had curtains delivered to store for me, as I was living in London at the time.

I had a very good experience here, staff were great. Welcomes us into the store, asked if we needed any help. When I said we were just looking they left us to browse on our own, which was the best thing ever, not being hounded by staff makes the whole experience so wonderful . You can take everything in, see what would work and what the costs would be, without having to answer questions.Which in turn means we can go home work out what we want and go back to buy at a later date. Which is due to the staff being considerate of our needs. thank you

Avoid this store completely: they lie to sell you the carpets to promise that they will do X,Y,Z and then fail to deliver. They then try to put the blame on their terms and conditions and their subcontractors, and the store has no manager so Chris is useless in sorting anything out. There are numerous people in Dorchester who have been wronged, and they have not learnt from this.I have spent over 15 hours in dealing with Carpetright's mess that has still not been resolved: they initially damaged the fire doors, did not trim all the doors they said they would and the carpet is now lumpy in several places.Sooner they go out of business the better, one business that would not be missed in Dorchester.On top of all of this, they have offered me a paltry £40 compensation for me sorting out their mistakes. Company is rotten throughout, but would recommend to not trust a word that Chris says as he will say anything to keep you happy.Will be seeing them in court soon.

I don't know why my review only showed two stars as that wasn't my intention ....I give it maximum stars the guys who played the carpet and Chris in the Dorchester branch were all helpful and kind.
