To be honest I really don’t know why the bank is open as all you get from the woman standing there is if you have a query is to “use your app, mobile banking or go online” !!! So I’d like to know what the bank is actually used for. Absolute farce.

Very slow over an hour to be seen by someone at the counter after being told I had to go there to sort out the issue I had. To then be told no I had to wait to see their colleague in an office as the counter wasn’t helping with this issue .over 70 minutes to just get this issue sorted out and all my parking wasted .looking... read full comment
