Ordered on the app and told half my order wasn’t available. Asked for refund and advised to go via app - nowhere on app to get refund so absolute pisstake on subways part and won’t be using any more.

Only ever 1 person working which is ridiculous! Customer service skills are awful. This place really needs subway to sort it out! It was exactly the same two years ago! Very disappointed
