Purchased Felix cat food from the store.
Once I got it home and opened it there was a horrible smell and to my horror the box was infested with some kind of lice.
I have contacted the Sainsburys customer service by messenger, but I do not feel they have taken this seriously.

The customer service is excellent and the staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to help customers. I am very impressed.
