Walkability: Highcliff castle only a short walk and easy walk to Mudeford

Was unfortunate enough to book 2 rooms on 28th September. We ended up in basement rooms at the furtherest end of the hotel. Corridors are freezing and there was a general dank and musty smell in both the corridor and rooms. Multiple key failures resulted in several trips to reception to get replacements multiple times.... read full comment
