Shocking customer service, I have a care and repair plan which includes a, "7 day fix promise." On day 9 I had to contact them asking for an update of the repair only to be told the product will be ready within a week. I then got passed to another team when I said that was unacceptable as I should be offered a replacement...

Why can't I phone through to the store I want to go to? Instead I'm told to go online when I just want to speak with someone in my local store. I'll shop elsewhere
