Service was good but this Nero is looking very tired and needs a total facelift. Seating is ropey and uncomfortable

I visit many Cafe Nero outlets all over the country and in my opinion this is the best. The staff are always helpful and friendly and unlike some Neros they are well trained and deliver good drinks consistently. Highly recommended.
