Staff have the worst customer service skills and need to be retrained. Never met more miserable people at a customer based role, even if it’s fake I’d expect nothing less than a smile. There’s a few that are approachable but 9 times out of 10 I’m greeted with a mumble.

Served at the checkout by a lovely, informative and helpful lady. The Tesco clubcard app doesn't work in-store. 4G coverage outside the door. H+ at the checkout. O2 network. The app doesn't download.
