F&F staff have appalling attitude - appears frustrated to work at Tesco, kicked out of the upstairs department purely because she had enough and wanted to go home. Shocking customer service and when told was rude stormed off like a toddler having a tantrum. Embarrassing from a middle aged woman to be honest.

In retrospect Id rather go to Waitrose, at least there’s quality for the price you pay. Also this huge store no longer sells electrical items like TVs or radios etc and the clothes department no longer sells shoes either (one staff member actually told me to try John Lewis… now there’s faith in your employer!!) .... read full comment
