Making this review because this assistant has been rude every time I've been served by her. And my visit tonight after work was the same. She seems to like telling you what to do. She told me to stand to one side as she had no cash in her till. I didn't need any change ect. I was exchanging a scratch card for another .... read full comment

Very rude assistant at checkout elderley overweight totally ignored me talked the whole time to other assistant no hello thankyou no eye contact it was only when I said have you had any customer service training that she looked at me and said yes before sarcastically saying at top of her voice bye for now.
