I've rarely had an issue with this surgery. The new online booking, while initially seems a pain, works well and I've got an appointment when it's genuinely needed.The Dr that recently saw my daughter was very thorough and explained everything.These guys clearly work under a lot of pressure and personally I think they do...

Do they care. I don't think so. Don't want to talk to you want call you back. Anybody would think that they are there to service us when we need them. Not we will call you when we can or if we can be bothered. Get lots of text and emails asking not to be late for appointments (if you can get one) then they are always running...
