Yesterday I got an email from superdrugs that my medication will be ready to collect anytime after 01:00 pm yesterday. I travelled there and arrived at 01:35 pm and asked the lady who was sat on the pharmacy. She declined to provide me my medication by said it's a lunch break come back later. Travelled for 25 mins each way just to be told the flu jab didn't come in. Ok cool, but why couldn't you have called me ahead of my appointment?!
