Hygiene needs to be improved. Had a live bug that fell out of a sub, while eating. Customer service needs improvement. Can not get hold of this branch as they don't answer the phone.

Today we had the pleasure of dining at Subway and we were served by Rahul, who did an exceptional job. All the items served were halal.Staff like Rahul, who make the dining experience truly memorable.Highly recommended!

The most overpriced and worst subway. Everything is overpriced compared to other subways in Bournemouth. manager is very rude when asking to use points.
