Second time I arrive at this Sainsbury’s with at 9:55 to be turned away by the staff because they decided to close earlier than advertised.The staff member didn’t even bother explaining m, just shut the door in my face and walked away, even though I’m basically a daily customer, shop there at least 5 times a week.... read full comment

Since online orders started taking priority over paying customers in store the service has really dropped, too many people wondering about while queues of customers left to stand and wait sometimes 10 mins without any staff jumping on a till, unacceptable :(
