I returned a knitted item that was clearly pilling only to be told they would not refund. The manger was called and if Im Honest her cardigan had the worst case of pilling I’ve ever seen!!!! Maybe it’s ok for some but not me. The other assistant was very defensive. If the refund was out her own pocket I could understand.... read full comment
