Went in to sort out an issue with my card. My sister with special needs was with me, Mandy on the desk talked to her about dogs, which she loves. That human touch to customer service is very much lacking these days and it is highly appreciated! Thankyou Nationwide!

THE Nationwide BLOCKED my account. It was the same as when I opened it, I hardly used it, Hardly any interest , did nothing wrong but they decided to block it.Provided ID again, the branch manager said I can now withdraw, got a taxi to the branch but no it's still blocked sir, been going on for over 5 years.will complain...

Wow, recently had to visit with my Mother to sort out her finances.Staff are amazing, the Italian lady was so helpful & kind.We had to carry out a few processes as my mother is getting old.I never knew banking could be such a joy.Thank you to all the staff here.
